Accessed by a narrow road, the house in Primaore has beautiful views of the Appenine mountains. It is South facing and there is nothing in front to obstruct the views.
Down a few steps, there is the door to the house, patio area, entrance to sun lounge and gardens.
The living room is large with an open log fire and wood burning stove. Colour TV and DVD player with lots of DVD's. From the living room, walk along the corridor to the Kitchen, stairs and dining room.
The kitchen is basic with double sink, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, table and chairs and wood burning stove. who wants a well fitted kitchen when there are so many restaurants to sample in the area? Why spend time cooking over a hot stove when you are on holiday to enjoy yourselves? Having said that, there is enough cutlery and crockery for the whole village!
The dining room is very pretty with the same lovely views of the Appenines. Large dining table with seating for six plus high chair. Wicker shelving and CD/Cassette/Radio in the dining room, again with plenty of CD's to listen to pus games and books for avid readers. Why not swap your book for one on the shelf? Next to the dining room is the first of the double bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Wake up to views of Monte Cusna and the Parco del Gigante.

On the first floor you will find three large bedrooms - two twin and a second double room. The twin rooms both have fitted wardrobes and drawer space. The double has a 6ft bed and free standing wardrobes plus drawer space. There is a cot with bedding for infants. The bathroom is very 'retro' having a burnt orange suite and over bath shower. Washing machine is in the bathroom.
Leading from the landing is a spacious drying area with ironing board, clothes airer and iron and the door to the garage. The garage is large but unfortunately not suitable for people carriers as the door is not high enough. There is however areas for parking nearby.

Outside the house is a lovely patio area which benefits from the sun all day but also provides shelter from the sun in places. Down the steps to the garden which is in three terraces, there is a fig tree and a walnut tree overhanging the garden but you are free to pick the walnuts when ripe. Garden tables and chairs are provided for both the patio and garden and there are two sun loungers. There is also a barbecue for eating al fresco.
All electric, gas, heating, bedding and towels are included in the price.
